The Peninsula Chapter is comprised of Hokies living in Newport News, Hampton, York County, Poquoson, and Gloucester.
Over 2500 Tech graduates reside on the Peninsula and our goals are to facilitate interaction among alumni,
support the University, and promote Tech to future Hokies. The Peninsula Chapter hosts social events,
game watching parties, golf tournaments, and freshman sendoff mixers.
From our fundraising efforts, we annually award scholarships to local high school seniors.
We are always open to new ideas that will bring together Hokies and serve the University.
If you are a Tech alumnus, we hope you will stay connected through the Alumni
Association.
There are no membership dues. If you are a grad, you are a member. Please visit the
Virginia Tech Alumni Website to ensure that the university has your correct contact info.
In addition, please sign up with the Peninsula Chapter so that we can keep you informed of events directly.
